Professional Bio:

Professor Bray teaches at the UCLA School of Law. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, where he was book review editor for the University of Chicago Law Review. Before joining the faculty at UCLA, he clerked for then-Judge McConnell on the Tenth Circuit, practiced law at Mayer Brown LLP, was an associate-in-law at Columbia Law School, and was executive director of the Constitutional Law Center at Stanford Law School.
